Due to the fact we offer a convenient delivery service, the minimum order amount is $50. The delivery fee is $12 per order.

Yes our products can not be guaranteed if there is no esky. You can purchase one of our polystyrene esky’s from our website when you order. You will receive an email the day before your delivery is due to remind you to leave your esky out and then once the driver has made your delivery there will be a text message sent to your phone with a link with a photo on where your delivery has been left.

It depends on age, weight and how active your dog is.  You need to look at your dog regularly and assess his/hers condition then adjust the amount of food fed, so your dog looks fit and you can feel their ribs but not see them. A rough guide to maintain a healthy adult dog is to feed 2% of their body weight.

The meat will be delivered to you in frozen packs and because there are no preservatives or anything else added to the meat, once defrosted it will keep fresh in the fridge for 2 days.

Canine Country 1kg Roll is raw product packed into a plastic sleeve and while the product is still fresh a twist is put into the middle of the bag then the bag is frozen.  This give you the option to cut the bag in half with a pair of scissors and defrost approximately 500g of meat at a time.

Canine Country 1kg Portion Pack is a tray of 6 frozen patties approximately 166grams each. Portion Packs allows you to put your thumb at the bottom of the tray and pop one the frozen patties out at a time and leave the rest in the freezer. This option is ideal for smaller dogs and people that are not keen on handling meat.

Raw 4 Paws 1kg Tub are leak – free and keep the nutritional goodness of each ingredient fresh.  The tub is made from mono plastic material that is food safe, suitable for freezer storage, and can be recycled to your recycling bin – guilt free (or reuse it for dog treats or potted plants!)

Raw 4 Paws 1.6kg Box contain eight individual 200g rolls, ideal for smaller dogs and our cat customers. The box is made of recycled cardboard so you can confidently recycle it.
